About Hungaroring
The first Grand Prix behind the Iron Curtain. Located in a natural bowl providing excellent spectator views. Often called Monaco without the barriers due to its tight, twisty nature. Dusty off-line surface makes overtaking difficult. Damon Hill nearly won here in an Arrows in 1997, his car failing on the last lap. Lewis Hamilton won his first race here in 2007.
