About Baku City Circuit
The longest circuit on the F1 calendar. Runs through the streets of Baku alongside the Caspian Sea. The narrow old town section is barely wide enough for two cars. The 2.2 km Neftchilar Avenue straight is the longest in F1. Daniel Ricciardo won the chaotic 2017 race after multiple incidents. The circuit combines wide boulevards with impossibly tight medieval streets.
