About Aintree Circuit
Built inside the Grand National horse racing course near Liverpool. Hosted the British Grand Prix five times between 1955 and 1962. Stirling Moss scored his first Grand Prix win here in 1955. The only world championship venue shared with a horse racecourse. Club racing faded by 1982.
